We take pride in high customer satisfaction with our products. To achieve this we have developed a system to ensure the quality of all the parts that are removed from the vehicles, to get a general idea of how we do this then keep reading!
Once the vehicle is received we carry out a general inspection ensuring the vehicle is safe to start, from this we then establish whether the engine is fully functional as well as the gearbox and axle through our thorough inspection process. We then test all the electronics and motors ensuring the parts being removed from the vehicle are to our standards.
Once we are happy with what is salvagable our dismantler depolutes and begins to strip the vehicle down. This involves checking for damage and wear on the individual parts. Once the parts are selected they cleaned, treated, pictured and listed in to stock ready for purchase.
Once the parts have been ordered and paid for they are taken from our storage facility and checked once again for safety before dispatching.
Delivery
Most of our Parts are sent using next Day delivery providing that they are orded before 12:00 noon on a regular working day (please note that this may be subject to delay depending on where the item is being deivered to, bank holidays and weekends). We take great care in packaging the items to ensure that they arrive in the best condition.
